Rishab Shetty to Portray Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in ‘The Pride of Bharat’

Mumbai, December 3, 2024 – Acclaimed actor-director Rishab Shetty, renowned for his groundbreaking performance in Kantara, is set to star as the legendary Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the highly anticipated historical epic, The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Produced by Sandeep Singh, whose notable works include Mary Kom, Sarbjit, Ramleela, and Bajirao Mastani, the film promises to be a grand cinematic tribute to the courage and enduring legacy of the revered warrior king. Featuring state-of-the-art visual effects and an internationally acclaimed production team, the movie aims to redefine the standards of Indian historical dramas.
