Shivshahi Bus Meets With Accident On Pune-Mumbai Expressway, No Injuries Reported
Pune 22nd August 2023: A Shivshahi bus of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) met with an accident on Pune-Mumbai Expressway earlier today. The accident was reported at around 6:15 pm near Adoshi Tunnel on the expressway, said officials.
According to officials, the Shivshahi bus of Central Mumbai, Mumbai division (MH-09 FL 1013) that travels between Mumbai and Satara was carrying 27 passengers at the time of accident. However, no passenger was injured in the incident but this led to traffic jam on the expressway for some time.
The rescue teams and police officials of Khopoli Police Station were rushed to the spot and the traffic was cleared, said officials.
