Pune : Four Men Planning Dacoity Arrested From Law College Road, Case Registered
Pune 22nd August 2023: The Pune City Police have arrested four people from Law College Road area while they were planning a dacoity in the city. Police have seized sharp weapons and other equipment they were carrying for the crime.
According to police, Police Sub Inspector (PSI) Mahesh Bhosale had received information about few men standing with sharp weapons at the Law College Road. The Police team accordingly reached the spot and found the suspected men standing in the dark.
Fearing arrest, some of the accused attacked self with blade. However, the police managed to nab the suspect from the spot and they were arrested. During further investigation the accused confessed that they were planning dacoity in the area.
Five accused identified as Jaspalsing Japansingh Junni (20), Kuldeepsingh Yuvrajsingh Junni (20), Naseebsingh Ranjeetsingh Dudhani (18) and Prasadsingh Jalsingh Bhond (19) while Arunsingh Chandasingh Bhond has managed to escape from the spot. A case in this regard has been registered at Deccan Police Station under relevant sections. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
