Shreetej Pawar to Lead Pune Team in WIFA Inter-District Football Championship
Pune, 6th November 2024: Defender Shreetej Pawar will lead the Poona District Football Association (PDFA Junior Boys team at the Maharashtra State (WIFA) Inter District Football Championship to be played at Dhule.
The competition begins on Wednesday, with Pune seeded in the quarterfinal.
The 18-member squad was named by PDFA Secretary, Pradeep Pardeshi on the eve of the departure for Dhule. Pune begins their campaign in the knock-out tournament on Thursday 7th November, 2024.
