Shweta Basu Prasad: ‘Yatri Kripya Dhyan De’ packs thrill, quirk, unpredictable ending, that too with just two characters and a car

Mumbai, 28th February 2022: Known for her popular and award-winning performances in films such as Makdee, Iqbal and Serious Men, actor Shweta Basu Prasad is yet again on the map, making all the right noises with her recent OTT project. She’s one of the reasons why Amazon miniTV’s latest offering, ‘Yatri Kripya Dhyan De’, has been garnering immense appreciation amongst fans and critics alike. Add to that, is television heartthrob Shaheer Sheikh, making his short film debut with this, who has also scored well with his portrayal. On screen, his character Sumit, is a perfect match to Shweta’s Nandita. Their chemistry has only doubled up the excitement.

‘Yatri Kripya Dhyan De’ is the story of Sumit (played by Shaheer Sheikh), a charming man in his 30’s, who is driving home in his new car. On his way, he meets Nandita (played by Shweta Basu Prasad), a hitchhiker. They get talking in the car and Nandita tells him the story about her haunted house.  Replete with twists and turns, what unfolds is a series of horrific and surprising events.
