Signs Of Rain Once Again In Maharashtra, Yellow Alert Issued For Pune, Konkan And Other Parts

Pune, 27th November 2021: The meteorological department has forecast light to moderate rains in Konkan, South-Central and North Maharashtra from November 29 to December 1.

 

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), active air conditions are currently prevailing in Sri Lanka as well as in the Comorin region (Tamil Nadu), at an altitude of 1.5 above sea level. As the situation is likely to intensify in the next 48 hours, it is likely to have an effect on the weather in the state, during which the weather will remain cloudy in Konkan and Central Maharashtra.

‘Yellow Alert’ for these districts

November 29: Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Raigad, Satara, Sangli, Solapur, Pune

November 30: Nandurbar, Dhule, Nashik, Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Pune, Ahmednagar.

December 1: Nandurbar, Dhule, Jalgaon, Nashik, Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Satara, Pune, Ahmednagar.
