Dubai, 6th January 2024: In a highly anticipated announcement, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has revealed the complete schedule for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. The tournament promises a thrilling 29-day spectacle, with matches set to take place across three venues in the USA and six in the Caribbean.

The action-packed event is scheduled to commence on June 1, with co-hosts USA taking on arch-rival Canada in a riveting encounter at the Dallas Cricket Stadium. The USA leg will witness ten teams battling it out in 16 matches across Lauderhill, Dallas, and New York. The stage is set for intense competition as cricket enthusiasts eagerly await the clash between cricket powerhouses India and Pakistan on June 9 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in Long Island.

Simultaneously, the Caribbean leg of the tournament will unfold across six islands, hosting a total of 41 matches. The semi-finals are slated for Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, with the grand finale set to captivate fans in Barbados on June 29, marking the culmination of this prestigious tournament.

The competition is structured with 20 teams divided into four groups, each consisting of five teams. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super Eight phase, leading to knockout semi-finals and, ultimately, the grand final. The diverse matchups and strategic locations add an extra layer of excitement to the ninth edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
