SRA And Redeveloped Projects Will Beautify Pune And Will Accommodate More People: Chandrakant Patil

Pune, 29th November 2022: “A large number of projects are being redeveloped in the city. The Slum Rehabilitation Project (SRA) on one hand and the redeveloped projects on the other will beautify the city of Pune and increase its capacity to accommodate more people,” said Chandrakant Patil, Guardian Minister, Pune. He was speaking during the Bhoomipujan of Tejalkunj, an premium residential project being redeveloped by Gokhale Constructions near Karishma Society, Kothrud.

 

Amitabh Gupta, Commissioner of Police, Pune, Vikram Kumar, PMC Commissioner, Sandip Karnik, Jt. CP, Pune, Murlidhar Mohol, Former Mayor of Pune, Vishal Gokhale, Chairman & Managing Director of Gokhale Constructions, Corporators including Dipak Pote, Jayant Bhave, Manjushri Khardekar along with Monika Murlidhar Mohol, Mahesh Pote and Sandip Khardekar were also present during the Bhoomiujan ceremony.

 

“Just like Mumbai, SRA projects in Pune should also have a commercial floor, which will help generate income and will also contribute to the maintenance of the buildings. The Municipal Commissioner and Police Commissioner should try and look into it accordingly,” Patil said.

 

The Gokhale Tejalkunj residential project will consist of 3 buildings with 12 floors each and 72 flats. The project will be built as per the norms of IGBC Platinum Certification.
