Successful Research Workshop for Young Researchers Held at Savitribai Phule Pune University
Pune, 19th July 2026: A special “Research Workshop for Young Researchers” was jointly organized by the School of Education, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Shikshan Setu, and the Kautilya Center for Policy and Research.
The workshop aimed to inspire young researchers to undertake high-quality, socially relevant research while providing them with expert guidance on research methodologies and academic best practices. Discussions focused on various aspects of research related to youth, society, and nation-building.
The inaugural session was attended by Prof. Dr. Vilas Adhav, Director of the School of Education, Savitribai Phule Pune University; Dr. Geeta Shinde, Head of the Department of Education and Extension; CA Pratik Dhatrak; Shantanu Lamdhade, Senate Member, Savitribai Phule Pune University; Krishna Bhandalkar, Senate Member, Savitribai Phule Pune University; Jayesh Kshemkalyani; Dr. Aruna Shivram; Dr. Vishal Gaikwad; Ramdas Bade; and Ruturaj Kashelkar.
The workshop brought together young scholars and academicians, providing a platform for knowledge sharing, meaningful discussions, and encouraging research that addresses contemporary social challenges.
