Suicide of BJP Yuva Morcha Regional Contact Head Shakes Pune’s Political Sphere
Pune, 20th December 2023: Sunil Dhumal, the regional contact head of Bharatiya Janata Party’s Yuva Morcha, allegedly died by suicide on Wednesday morning. The incident occurred at the railway track in Sadesatranali, Hadapsar, before 8 am.
Dhumal, aged 47, resided in the Sadesatara Nali area of Hadapsar and was actively involved in social and political work within the Hadapsar area. The police, currently investigating the case, have faced challenges in gathering information from the family about the potential reasons behind Dhumal’s decision to take his own life.
The news of Dhumal’s suicide has sent shockwaves through the political circles of Pune, as colleagues and acquaintances grapple with the unexpected loss.
