Suroj Buildcon Sets Record with Largest Continuous Concrete Pour in India

Pune, 2nd January 2025: Suroj Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., a leading Pune-based industrial construction company, has achieved a remarkable milestone in the construction industry. The company set a record for the largest continuous concrete pour in India during the construction of the VCV Tower Pile Cap Raft for KEI Wire & Cables in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The record-breaking concrete pour, completed on December 27, 2024, at 5:30 PM, involved 8,700 cubic metres of concrete and was adjudicated by Mr. Ritesh Harshad from the India Book of Records. The VCV Tower, a towering structure reaching 158 meters, rests on a pile cap foundation 4.5 meters deep. This achievement exemplifies engineering innovation and construction excellence.
