Sushant’s sister announces Rs 25 lakh scholarship at UC Berkeley in memory of his birth anniversary

Pune, January 21, 2021: On the birthday of late Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput, his sister Shweta Singh Kirti shared a piece of good news with the actor’s fans. Shweta said that the University of California in Berkeley has started a Memorial Fund Scholarship in the name of Sushant. She told people that this was one of the few dreams Sushant had and he always wanted to fulfil it.

Shweta has shared two pictures in the tweet, one of which has a screenshot of Sushant’s Instagram post, while the other has a news report published on a website which tells about Sushant Memorial Fund. Shweta wrote in her tweet, “I am happy to announce that on the 35th birthday of Bhai, a step has been taken towards fulfilling one of his dreams.”

Shweta wrote, “Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund of $35,000 (25 lakh rupees), has been set up in UC Berkeley.” In the screenshot she shared of Sushant’s Instagram Post, Sushant wrote, “I envision creating an environment where children in India and elsewhere can get free, improved and relevant education.”

The CBI team is still engaged in solving Sushant’s case while many people have declared it as a case of suicide. Sushant’s Death Case was the most discussed case of the year 2020, on which national and international media gave detailed coverage for a long time.
