Pune, 23rd September 2024: The Swachh Pan Card Club Road Abhiyan (SPCCRA) is set to launch a major Cleanliness Campaign on Gandhi Jayanti, 2nd October, aimed at promoting cleanliness and raising awareness among residents. This initiative seeks to empower the community to take responsibility for maintaining clean clusters, thereby contributing to Pune’s status as a leading clean city.

Supported by various local societies, including Supreme Estia, Kalpataru Jade Residences, and 24K Sereno, the campaign is expected to draw participation from around 500 flat owners and over 100 volunteers. The campaign will feature an awareness drive in collaboration with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Adar Poonawalla Clean City, among other volunteer organizations.

The meetings will be held at two key locations: Supreme Estia Main Road, Gate-1, opposite 24K Sereno, and at the front gate of Kalpataru Jade Residences, opposite Baner Tekdi, both on Pan Card Club Road. The event is scheduled to start at 6:45 AM.

Organizers have reached out to PMC for support, emphasizing that the participation and backing of the municipal body are vital for the campaign’s success. They expressed optimism that the community-driven initiative will make a significant impact and look forward to the involvement of local residents and officials in this important effort.
