Pune, 29th January 2026: The Westin Pune Koregaon Park on Friday unveiled “Saxy Grills”, a vibrant new Friday night dining IP at its rooftop venue Asilo, offering guests a blend of live saxophone music, high-energy DJ sets, interactive grilling, and gourmet cuisine with smoke-infused cocktails.

The launch evening set the tone for what the hotel described as a fresh and elevated 2026. Addressing guests, General Manager Victor Chen spoke about the property’s vision for the year ahead, highlighting a focus on distinctive dining concepts and immersive experiences. “We are looking at a grander, more exciting year with Saxy Grills leading the way as one of our signature offerings,” he said.

As the night unfolded, the ambience came alive with dramatic lighting, laughter, and a theatrical play of fire. A soulful live saxophone performance created the mood, leading up to the highlight moment — the lighting of the robata grill — which officially marked the launch of Saxy Grills in a blaze of flame and flair.

Conceptualised as a recurring Friday night experience at Asilo, Saxy Grills brings together live saxophone performances, interactive grilling, high-energy DJ music, and curated dining, promising guests an evening where entertainment and gastronomy go hand in hand.

The exclusive launch soirée was attended by actor Kamakshi Bhat, along with prominent influencers and high-net-worth individuals from Pune’s social circuit, adding glamour and vibrancy to the evening.

Guests indulged in a flavour-forward spread celebrating the art of the grill. The menu featured Korean BBQ, cottage cheese sliders, grilled asparagus, shawarma chicken, Malaysian sambal chicken, lamb loin, and a curated selection of smoke-infused cocktails that complemented the fiery theme of the night.

With Saxy Grills, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park aims to redefine weekend dining in the city, creating a space where music meets flame and flavour meets theatre — now set to become Pune’s newest Friday night ritual at Asilo.
