Thief Arrested After 12 years in Pune

Pune, September 29, 2019 :  A man accused of theft was arrested on Saturday after 12 years by officials from Crime Branch unit 2 of Pune city police.

Acting on tip-off received by Police Naik Mohsin Shaikh and Yashwant Khandare, a team led by Assistant Police Inspector Jaywant Jadhav nabbed accused Sunil Vasant Surve (47) of Yerwada, from the Koregaon Park bridge.

According to police, there are two cases registered against Surve with Yerwada police station.
