Three Escape Unhurt In Pune-Mumbai Expressway Accident
Somatne, 18th March 2023: A car accident occurred on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway early this morning, fortunately resulting in no fatalities. The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to hit the divider on the side of the road. Part of the railing then entered the car, resulting in minor injuries to one of the passengers.
The accident occurred at around 7:30 am at Somatne exit, with the vehicle carrying three passengers – Nil Kusum Aka (driver), Sara Amitabh Mujawar, and Eva Amitabh Mujawar, all of whom are residents of Mumbai.
According to police, the car was traveling from Mumbai towards Pune when it lost control while turning towards Dehuroad road from Somatne exit on the expressway. The Shirgaon police are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
