Pune, 6 May 2021: “As the entire education system across the globe is facing new challenges amid Pandemic, Universities should organise more Hackthon competitions under different themes like Health, Engineering, Management and Arts to boost the research and innovations on different areas.” Says Ashok Bhaktwatsal, Managing Director, KGISL group.

He was addressing the participants and students as guest while inaugurating a three days National Conference at MIT ADT University Pune.


The event was graced with presence of Narayan RamaSwami, KGMP skill Development and education Head, Ashok Giri Senier Scientist from NCL and prof Dr. Vishvanath Karad, Founder of MIT Group of institute.
The Executive President and Vice Chancellor of MIT ADT University Prof. Dr. Mangesh Karad, Dr. Sunita Karad, Director, MITCOM, Dr. Anant Chakradev, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dr. Mahesh Copdade and Dr. Rmachandra Pujeri were also present on the occasion.

” We need to change the model of education system in this changing time. The health care needs a lot of innovations. Young generation has more challenges and also opputunites before it.”
He also added saying that “The number of students doing programing and decoding are less. The world is facing challenges and we need more talent to tackle them. The good fosters the talent in students. The competitions like Hackthon can bring new products, ideas and innovations.



Dr Vishvanath Karad said, “The present situation induced by lockdown is scary and we all need to work together to find the way out of this. The science and spirituality always go in hand with each other. Indian Vedic culture has demonstrated the importance the amalgamation of science and spirituality. “

Dr. Ramaswamy said that the use of technology in education is very crucial and young generation needs to bring that into a practical. Students should opt for life long learning. Young Indian talent is a source for the world.

While appreciating the research work happened at MIT ADT UNIVERSITY, Pune Prof. Dr. Mangesh Karad said, “Our faculty have presented more than 30 patents and there are more to come in near future. We at the University belive creating an environment where innovative product ideas and entrepreneur skills are instilled in our students.


Ashok Giri from NCL also guided students on research and innovation. Dr. Sunita Karad gave introductory remark while Dr. Pujeri gave vote of thanks for the session.
