Traffic Diversion Due To Construction Work Of Metro And Integrated Double-Decker Flyover At Pune University Chowk; Check New Route Below!
Pune, 8th February 2023: Pune Metro and integrated double-decker flyover work are underway at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) Chowk and its next phase is between University Chowk and Cosmos Bank.
During the construction of the said metro, there is a possibility of huge traffic jams on Ganeshkhind road and Pune University Chowk along with its surroundings.
Therefore, Vijaykumar Magar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic Branch) has issued a notice informing the traffic changes on Ganeshkhind Road.
On Ganeshkhind Road, if you are coming from Bremen Chowk and going straight to Suryamukhi Datta Mandir Chowk, you will have to enter Pune University campus through Millennium Gate at Chatushringi police station and go out from the main gate of the university.
