Spice Kitchen at JW Marriott Pune is presenting you with an exclusive opportunity to sample traditional Sichuan delicacies prepared by Chef Edward Ni from JW Marriott Beijing. Starting from August 12th to 27th August, 2016, this festival promises to leave you with an unforgettable experience.
By flying down the Sichuan specialty chef from China, the 16 day festival will treat patrons to authentic Chinese along with a few of his signatures which include Fried Shrimp Ball with Sichuan hot sauce and Stewed Pork Slices with Sichaun Chilli Sauce. Chef Edward will put in 10 years’ worth of experience into curating an irresistible treat for you.
Speaking on the occasion, he said, “I love experimenting with different types of cuisines, especially with Sichuan. I am looking forward to bringing the spices of China to the city of Pune.”
Apart from the offerings of the festival, the buffet curated inside the restaurant will also feature main course in Chinese. Spice Kitchen is stirring up a Chinese storm, so pick up your chopsticks and head to the hotel for a Chinese fiesta!
