TVS To Launch New Jupiter 110 Scooter on 22nd August 2024
Pune, 20th August 2024: TVS Motors, one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers, is set to launch its latest version of the popular TVS Jupiter 110 scooter on 22nd August 2024. The company has already released a teaser on social media, highlighting some of the new features. The teaser suggests that the new scooter will come with advanced features, including a new LED Daytime Running Light (DRL), while retaining the same engine. TVS Motors is positioning this launch to compete directly with other popular models in the 110 cc segment, such as the Honda Activa and Hero Pleasure Plus.
TVS Motors, known for its range of scooters and motorcycles, is preparing to launch a new iteration of its widely popular Jupiter 110. Ahead of the official launch, the company shared a teaser on social media that gives a sneak peek into what the new model will offer. The teaser reveals that the new Jupiter 110 will feature an updated LED DRL, a key enhancement in the upcoming model. The teaser video also confirmed the launch date as 22nd August 2024, generating excitement among potential buyers.
Although TVS has not provided full details, industry experts speculate that the TVS Jupiter 110 facelift will include several new features. These may include a USB port, digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, and updated LED headlights, along with improved graphics. The scooter is expected to retain its current 109.7 cc engine, which delivers 7.77 brake horsepower (BHP) and 8.8 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque, meaning no changes in performance are anticipated.
The pricing of the new Jupiter 110 is expected to see a slight increase compared to its predecessor. The current ex-showroom price of the TVS Jupiter 110 is Rs 73,650, but the new model is anticipated to start between Rs 76,000 and Rs 77,000.
In the competitive 110 cc segment, the new TVS Jupiter 110 will continue to face strong competition from Honda Activa, Honda Dio, Hero Zoom, and Hero Pleasure Plus.
