Two Men Died After Tree Fell On Speeding Bike On Pune-Nashik Highway

Pune, 6th August 2022: Two people have died after a tree fell on a speeding bike on the Pune-Nashik highway. While going from Bhosari to Nashik Phata, two people on a two-wheeler were killed.

The names of the deceased in this accident are Saadhan Nathu Patil (36), and Nilesh Rajesh Shingle (37). This incident happened today (Saturday) around 7.00 am. There was a traffic jam for some time due to a fallen tree on the road.

The fire brigade immediately reached the spot and removed the tree and opened the road for traffic.

According to the information given by the police, two people died after a tree fell on a speeding bike on the Pune-Nashik highway. The incident took place in front of Bhosari police station while going to Nashik Phata from Bhosari.

The two on the bike were wearing helmets. However, the tree fell directly on the head, resulting in serious injuries and the death of both. After the tree fell on the bike, the bike went flying some distance. On the Pune-Nashik highway from Nashik Phata to Bhosari police station area and on both sides of the road, there is a large number of trees.

There was a traffic jam on the highway due to the fallen tree. Sanjesh Thakur, Vitthal Ghuse, Laxman Howale, Nikhil Gogawle, Vikas Naik, Ashok, Amol Chiplunkar, drivers Kokre, Jadhav and Mandhan of the fire department pull the tree aside and opened the road for traffic.
