Two More Accidents At Navale Bridge Area In Pune, One Dead And Seven Injured

Pune, 21st November 2022: Two more accidents took place in the middle of the night when a speeding tanker hit 48 vehicles on the Mumbai-Bangalore bypass on Sunday around 9 pm. Seven vehicles were hit by a tempo near Swami Narayan Temple on the Outer Ring Road in the middle of the night, while a motorcyclist was killed in another accident.

 

The series of accidents continues on the Mumbai-Bangalore Outer Ring Road. The tanker driver lost control in an accident on the outer ring road on Sunday night. 48 vehicles were damaged and some drivers were injured due to the collision with the tanker. Seven to eight people were injured in the accident. After the accident, police and fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and immediately started relief work. The accident vehicles were removed with the help of cranes and the traffic was smoothed.

Meanwhile, a Bharghav tempo rammed into seven vehicles near Swami Narayan Temple in the Navale Bridge area in the middle of the night. A biker died in another accident. Due to the accident, there was a traffic jam again in the Navale Bridge area. There is a steep incline between Dari Bridge and Navle Bridge on the bypass. Accidents happen when drivers lose control on slopes.
