Pune – Navale Bridge Accident: Chief Minister Eknath Shinde Directs Investigation
Pune, 21st November 2022: The brake of a high-speed truck, going from Satara towards Mumbai, broke down near Navale Bridge last Sunday around 8.45 pm. As the driver lost control of the truck, he hit up vehicles passing on the road. There was no casualty in the accident.
The injured persons were immediately admitted to the hospital. Cars, rickshaws, and two-wheelers were damaged in this accident. Due to this incident, queues of vehicles were formed on the highway for four to five kilometres.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has taken information from the police about this accident and has also directed them to investigate whether this accident was caused due to someone’s negligence. He has also given instructions to the administration to arrange proper treatment for the injured in the accident.
