Uddhav Thackeray Takes Action Against Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Removes Him From Post of Shiv Sena Leader

Mumbai, 1st July 2022: Due to the revolt of senior Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde, politics in Maharashtra has been heating up for the last few days. Now he has formed a new government in alliance with the BJP and has become the Chief Minister.

Now Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray has given a blow to Eknath Shinde. He has removed Shinde from the post of Sena leader. He has issued this order by issuing a circular. Shinde has been removed from the post of Sena leader, citing anti-party action.

So now all eyes are on the reaction of the Shinde faction. After the removal of Shinde from the post of Sena leader, Shinde faction spokesperson Deepak Kesarkar has spoken to the media.

Kesarkar said, “Whenever a leader is the Chief Minister, he is the leader of the House, he is the leader of Maharashtra. So no matter how many innings you play now, we will not back down. Eknath Shinde has now become the leader of the legislature. So what’s the point of losing a small position?”

He added, “No matter what Uddhav Saheb says, we will not say anything against him. He is our leader. If he calls, we will go to him and discuss.”
