Pune, 10th April 2024: Vaishnavi Joshi, a student from Bharatiya Vidyapeeth’s College of Physical Education, has achieved a remarkable feat by emerging as the top scorer among 2000 candidates in the recent MHCET for MPEd. What sets her accomplishment apart is that she achieved it without the aid of any coaching classes. She scored 83 out of 100 marks in the exam.

Vaishnavi attributes her success to her profound passion for physical education, a passion she has harboured since childhood, fueled particularly by her love for playing football.

She revealed that she didn’t employ any specific strategies for the exam but relied on her fundamental understanding of the subject. “I approached the exam with confidence, trusting in my foundational knowledge of physical education,” she explained.

Having completed her undergraduate studies, Vaishnavi is now gearing up for the National Eligibility Test (NET) examination. Her aspiration is to pursue a Ph.D. in physical education, fueled by her ambition to become a professor in the field.

“I believe that obtaining a Ph.D. will not only deepen my understanding of physical education but also equip me with the necessary skills to contribute significantly to the academic sphere,” Vaishnavi expressed.

Her ambition reflects her desire to give back to the field that has been her passion for many years. “I envision myself as a physical education professor, guiding and inspiring future generations of students to excel in sports and lead healthy lives,” she affirmed.

Vaishnavi’s journey serves as a testament to the power of passion, determination, and unwavering commitment to one’s goals.
