Pune, 22 June 2026: The India Meteorological Department (IMD), Mumbai, has issued a nowcast warning valid for the next 3 hours from 1:00 PM today.
⛈️ Expect:
* Thunderstorms with lightning
* Light spells of rain
* Gusty winds reaching 30–40 kmph
📍 Districts under Yellow Alert:
Pune, Nashik, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Dhule, Kolhapur and Ahilyanagar.
⚠️ Stay alert and take precautions:
✔️ Avoid sheltering under trees during lightning
✔️ Secure loose outdoor items
✔️ Drive carefully, especially on wet roads
