XLRI Collaborates with Talentedge to Launch e-MDP Course in Strategic Performance Management for Working Professionals
28th December, 2015: XLRI- Xavier School of Management, one of India’s premier B-Schools has collaborated with Talentedge, one of India’s leading online interactive education companies to offer a specialized e-MDP (Management Development Programme) in Strategic Performance Management.

This multi-functional program has been carefully designed for working professionals with a minimum of 4 years of work experience who are into People Management or wish to switch to managerial roles to provide exposure to the multi-dimensional nature of organizational performance challenges, pitfalls in trying to resolve problems using a uni-functional approach and processes of problem analysis that allow for integration of multiple dimensions and crafting strategies to resolve such problems.
Speaking about the program, Prof. Soumendra Narain Bagchi, faculty, HRM Area at XLRI said, “The program is specially designed for professionals managing the HRM function, as well as those looking forward to leadership roles and it brings together a holistic and an integrated approach towards performance management. Using case-based pedagogy, this course aims to expose the participants to the challenges being faced by organizations related to performance management, and how to go about resolving those challenges. The course module spread across 4 months will be held through LIVE lectures by XLRI’s HR faculty that will be beamed online via internet to student desktops/laptops or classrooms using Talentedge’s Direct To Device platform. Select industry experts would also be included to provide practical insights. Concepts will be explained using examples drawn from the real life. Students would also get an opportunity to work on live projects.
