Ziff Davis Performance Marketing Pvt Ltd Organizes COVID Vaccination Drive For Its Employees
Pune, 9th June 2021: The world’s largest B2B lead generation company, Ziff Davis Performance Marketing (ZDPM) Pvt. Ltd. (headquartered in the USA) rolled out an on-premises vaccination drive for its employees based out of Pune. The division led by Nilay Mehta (General Manager – India and Philippines) hosted this drive between 6-7 June 2021.
In these troubling times, Nilay’s highest priority has been the health and well-being of his colleagues and their dependents since the beginning of the pandemic.
“We were the first company to go remote and would like to be the last one to come back to the office for the employees who prefer to be in the office; otherwise, our employees have the option to work from anywhere indefinitely.
We are managing to put up a good show despite these uncertain times and that is solely because of the contribution of our healthy and motivated employees; therefore the health and safety of our employees is of utmost priority to us,” informed Nilay Mehta.
The event was carried out under the supervision of licensed health care providers in strict accordance with all government-approved protocols.
The firm covered close to 1300 employees under this drive along with their dependents. The firm has also ensured that the vaccination for all their security personnel and housekeeping staff has been taken care of.
Nilay Mehta said, “At ZDPM, we are not just colleagues but a strong family where we care for all and value every single contribution.”
The organization is also planning to expand the vaccination drive to its Philippines location as soon as there is an adequate supply of vaccines available in the market. ZDPM plans to soon launch another drive for under-privileged locals under their CSR initiative.
