12 Players From Pune Win National Level Skating Competitions In Karnataka
Pune, 17th November 2021: In the speed skating event, 12 athletes in the age group of 5 to 11 years from Sai Sports Academy, Pimple Saudagar won medals at competitions organised by Rural Games Organization in Belgaum, Karnataka.
All the 12 players maintained the dominance of their academy and Maharashtra by winning medals. Coaches Shabbir Sheikh and Sameer Sheikh provided invaluable guidance for this competition.
Tanishka Magu (11), Samiksha Sable, and, Vedashree Morale (10), Darshika Motwani, and, Anvika Jamdhade (9), Sugit Magu, Kiara Makarya, and, Hitvi Patil (8), Ekaksha Lambe, and, Kavya Varadarajan (7), Yug Pratap (6), and, Atharva Kalawade (5) participated.
The dignitaries honoured all the winning contestants with gold, silver, and bronze medals.
