165 New COVID Patients in Pune District, Total Tally Now 3134

Pune, May 12, 2020: In the last 24 hours, Pune district recorded 165 new patients taking the tally of total COVID patients to 3134. There were 12 deaths while 219 patients got discharged after being cured of COVID. Out of 3134 patients, 168 have died till now while 1358 patients have been cured and 1608 are still admitted in hospitals.

Also, out of 3134 patients, 2725 are from Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) area, 173 from Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), 103 from Pune Cantonment, 26 from Khadki Cantonment, 2 from Dehuroad Cantonment and 105 from Pune rural areas. In the Pune rural areas, there are 7 from Baramati town, 2 from Baramati rural, 24 from Daund town, 1 from Jejuri, 1 from Talegaon Dabhade, 42 from Haveli, 1 from Junnar, 2 from Mulshi, 11 from Velha, 5 from Bhor, 1 from Indapur, 1 from Daund rural and 1 from Maval.

Meanwhile,1026 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. The state tally of COVID-19 positive patients is now 24,427. Death toll in Covid-19 patients has now gone up to 921 in the state. Till now 5125 patients have been discharged after full recovery.

 

There were 426 new positive cases and 28 deaths reported in Mumbai today, total positive cases have increased to 14781 there. The death toll has increased to 556. A total of 203 people were discharged from hospitals today, 3313 people have been discharged till date, according to Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai.

 

According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, total COVID cases in India has reached 70,756 out of which 22454 have been cured while 2293 have died and one has migrated. There are still 46008 patients admitted to hospitals across the country.
