India, 3rd May 2023: According to a recent forecast by World of Statistics, India seems to be in good economic health as the probability of a recession in 2023 is at 0%. However, the United Kingdom appears to be facing a higher risk of recession as the probability stands at 75%.

Other countries that are expected to have a lower chance of recession include Indonesia at 2%, Saudi Arabia at 5%, China at 12.5%, Brazil at 15%, Switzerland at 20%, and Spain at 25%. Meanwhile, Mexico has a probability of 27.5%, South Korea at 30%, Japan at 35%, and Russia at 37.5%.

The countries with a higher risk of recession, apart from the UK, include Australia at 40%, South Africa at 45%, France at 50%, Canada, Italy, and Germany at 60%, and the United States at 65%. The countries with the highest probability of a recession are New Zealand at 70%.

These forecasts are crucial for businesses and investors in making informed decisions to navigate the economic landscape.
