245 New COVID Cases Reported In Pune District; 48,380 Vaccine Doses Administered
Pune, 13th November 2021: A total of 245 new Coronavirus disease (COVID19) patients were reported in the Pune district today while 270 people were discharged from hospitals. 03 people succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
Today, A total of 48,380 COVID vaccine doses were administered in the Pune district today taking the total vaccination doses to date to 1,23,90,534. About 79,15,221 people have got the first dose while 44,75,313 people have got two doses.
According to District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Bhagwan Pawar, there are 2041 active patients in the district and 1113 of them are admitted to hospitals while 928 are in home isolation. Out of 245 new cases, 92 were reported in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), 33 in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), 11 in municipal councils (Nagar Parishad), 06 in cantonments, and 103 in rural areas.
Among the 03 deaths, two were in PMC, and one was in rural areas. Out of 270 discharged patients, 96 were in PMC, 39 were in PCMC, 25 were in municipal councils, 05 were in cantonments, and 105 were in rural areas.
