254 New COVID Cases Reported In Pune District; 10,325 Vaccine Doses Administered
Pune, 14th November 2021: A total of 254 new Coronavirus disease (COVID19) patients were reported in the Pune district today while 233 people were discharged from hospitals. 04 people succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
Today, A total of 10,325 COVID vaccine doses were administered in the Pune district today taking the total vaccination doses to date to 1,24,01,883. About 79,17,905 people have got the first dose while 44,83,978 people have got two doses.
According to District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Bhagwan Pawar, there are 2058 active patients in the district and 1094 of them are admitted to hospitals while 964 are in home isolation. Out of 254 new cases, 108 were reported in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), 52 in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), 12 in municipal councils (Nagar Parishad), 03 in cantonments, and 79 in rural areas.
Among the 04 deaths, two were in PMC, one was in PCMC, and one was in rural areas. Out of 233 discharged patients, 94 were in PMC, 59 were in PCMC, 18 were in municipal councils, 06 were in cantonments, and 56 were in rural areas.
