320 fresh COVID patients detected in Pune city today, 123 discharged
Pune, June 14, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 123 people were discharged from hospitals after being cured of COVID19 in Pune city today. Also, 320 new patients were detected while 9 patients died. Today swab samples of 213 people were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 9656 out of which 6210 have been cured while 448 have died. There are still 2998 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 203 critical patients out of which 45 are on ventilator support.
Across Maharashtra, there were 3390 new COVID19 cases today taking the total number of cases to 107,958 . Also, 120 people died while 1632 got discharge from hospitals after being cured. There are still 53,017 active cases. The total death toll stands at 3950, while 53,017 patients have been discharged till date, according to Maharashtra Health Department.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 320,922 across the country. Out of this, 162,378 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 9,195 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 149,348 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
