Pune, 25th February 2022: The Postmaster General, Pune will be holding 63rd Regional Level Dak Adalat on 15.03.2022 at the Office of the Postmaster-General, 4 Finance Road, Pune – 411 001.
The complaints/grievances regarding Postal Services in the District of Pune, Satara, Solapur and Ahmednagar only, which have not been settled within 6 weeks will be entertained in the Dak Adalat. The complaints relating to Unregd /Regd Mails, Speed Post, Counter services, saving Banks and non-payment of Money orders etc. will be considered during Dak Adalat. Complaints should contain details like the dates, names and designations of the officers to whom original complaint was addressed, particulars of articles etc.
Customers may send their such unsettled complaint regarding Postal Services in duplicate to Ishwar D. Patil, Assistant Postmaster General(PG), office of the Postmaster-General, Pune Region, Pune- 411 001 on or before 3.3.2022
