Pune: Massive Fire Breaks Out Near Elpro Mall in Pimpri-Chinchwad

Pimpri-Chinchwad, 28th July 2025: A major fire broke out this evening at the Hashtag Chapati Center located near Elpro Mall in Chinchwad Gaon. The blaze reportedly erupted while staff members were at work.

According to the preliminary assessment by the fire brigade, the fire may have been caused due to an oven short circuit or an oil explosion. Firefighters from the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) rushed to the spot and managed to bring the flames under control.

While no casualties were reported, the fire resulted in significant property damage.
