Pune, 14th August 2025: The Registration and Stamps Department’s iSarita server will undergo scheduled maintenance from midnight of August 14 to midnight of August 17, resulting in a three-day suspension of property deed registration services across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra.

The upgrade will temporarily halt deed registrations and other online facilities linked to the iSarita platform. Officials stated that the maintenance is aimed at boosting system performance and expediting the document registration process in the long run.

The downtime coincides with the Independence Day holiday on Friday, August 15, followed by the weekend. Out of Pune’s 27 sub-registrar offices, only five function on weekends, together processing around 200 deeds daily. Authorities noted that the planned outage is expected to cause minimal disruption to registrations in these offices.

“This maintenance work is essential to improve server speed and efficiency. Citizens will experience quicker and smoother deed registration once the system is upgraded,” said District Deputy Registrar Santosh Hingane.
