Pune: Ganeshotsav celebrations hit differently when Kalawant Pathak performs!

Pimpri, 31st August 2025: The festive spirit at Elpro City Square Mall soared on Saturday as the powerful beats of Kalawant Pathak reverberated through the premises, marking 12 years of the troupe’s journey and their 4th consecutive Ganeshotsav performance at the mall.
For more than a decade, Kalawant Pathak has been known for its electrifying dhol-tasha performances that blend traditional rhythm with youthful energy. Their appearances at Elpro City Square Mall have now become a highlight of the festival, drawing large crowds and infusing the space with cultural vibrancy.
This year’s celebration carried an added charm with Marathi film and television celebrities, who are also active members of the troupe, joining the performance. Their presence drew enthusiastic crowds and further cemented the Pathak’s growing influence on Maharashtra’s cultural stage.
Actress Shruti Marathe, who performed with the troupe, shared her emotions:

Actor Saurabh Gokhale, also a long-time member, expressed similar joy:
