Pune Passport Office Conducts Open House for Public Grievances at PSK Mundhwa
Pune, 1st October 2025: The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Pune, organized its monthly Open House session at the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK), Mundhwa, to address public grievances and gather feedback from applicants. The initiative gave citizens an opportunity to interact directly with officials and share constructive suggestions to further improve passport services.
During the session, RPO Pune officials assured participants of timely redressal of issues and reiterated their commitment to providing transparent, efficient, and citizen-centric services. The Open House is conducted regularly on the first Wednesday of every month with the aim of strengthening public confidence and enhancing service delivery.
The next Open House will be held at the RPO Pune office on Baner–Pashan Link Road on 12 November 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Citizens with passport-related queries or grievances are encouraged to attend.
Visitors are required to register in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. Entry will be permitted only upon showing the confirmation email received after registration.
