Pune Patrakar Pratishthan Donates Rs 51,000 to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for Flood Victims
Pune, 7th October 2025: Reaffirming its commitment to social responsibility, the Pune Patrakar Pratishthan has donated ₹51,000 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to assist families affected by the recent floods in Marathwada, Solapur, Nanded, and other parts of Maharashtra.
The recent spell of heavy rainfall caused widespread flooding across several districts, damaging homes, crops, and public infrastructure. Many families have been displaced and are struggling to recover from the devastation. Responding to this humanitarian crisis, the Pune Patrakar Pratishthan extended its financial support to aid the ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts.
District Collector Jitendra Dudi appreciated the initiative and thanked the organization for its consistent efforts toward public welfare. He also recalled the foundation’s earlier contributions during droughts and other state emergencies.
Present on the occasion were Pratishthan President Shailesh Kale, Pune Shramik Patrakar Sangh President Brijmohan Patil, Secretary Pandurang Sandbhor, Treasurer Sunit Bhave, Trustee Rajendra Patil, and senior journalists Umesh Shelke, Mustafa Attar, and Gajanan Shukla.
