Nashik/Pune, 25th October 2025: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has announced a special religious tourism package titled “Sri Rameswaram–Tirupati Dakshin Darshan Yatra.” The 9-night, 10-day pilgrimage will be operated by the Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train, commencing from Nashik on November 7, 2025, and concluding on November 16, 2025.

The train will cover key spiritual destinations including Tirupati (Lord Venkateshwaran Swami Temple and Goddess Padmavati Temple), Rameswaram (Ramanathaswamy Temple and Dhanushkodi), Madurai (Meenakshi Temple), Kanyakumari (Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, and Kanyakumari Temple), and Thiruvananthapuram (Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Kovalam Beach).

Boarding and de-boarding stations for passengers include Nashik, Devlali, Igatpuri, Kalyan, Karjat, Lonavala, Pune, Daund, Kurduwadi, Solapur, and Kalaburagi.

Tour Package Tariff (Per Person):

Economy (Sleeper Class): ₹18,040 (Adults), ₹16,890 (Children aged 5–11 years)

Standard (3AC): ₹30,370 (Adults), ₹29,010 (Children)

Comfort (2AC): ₹40,240 (Adults), ₹38,610 (Children)

The package includes train travel in the chosen class (Sleeper/3AC/2AC), accommodation in budget hotels (AC/Non-AC), onboard and offboard vegetarian meals, local sightseeing by AC/Non-AC buses, and wash and change facilities at select locations.

Group General Manager of IRCTC West Zone, Gaurav Jha, stated that the tour is structured to offer pilgrims a comprehensive experience with seamless travel, accommodation, meals, and sightseeing arrangements under one package.
