Maharashtra CET Cell Releases Tentative Schedule for 2026 Entrance Exams
Pune, 22nd November 2025: The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the tentative timetable for various undergraduate and postgraduate entrance examinations scheduled for 2026. The exams will be conducted between March and May next year. Last year, 12.46 lakh students appeared for CET, and this year the Cell has announced dates for 17 courses so far.
According to the timetable, 12 undergraduate and 5 postgraduate CETs will be held. For MHT-CET, the PCM group’s first exam is scheduled from April 11 to April 19, 2026, followed by the second round from May 14 to May 17, 2026. The PCB group’s first CET will be held from April 21 to April 26, while the second round is planned for May 10 and 11, 2026.
For professional courses, the MBA CET will be conducted from April 6 to April 8, 2026, with the second test scheduled for May 9. The MCA CET is slated for March 30. The three-year LLB CET will be held on April 1 and 2, while the five-year integrated law CET is scheduled for May 8. The Nursing CET will be conducted on May 6 and 7.
Among other examinations, the B.Ed CET will take place from March 27 to March 29, 2026. The B.P.Ed CET is scheduled for April 4, while the BBA, BMS, BBM, BCA and BHMCT CETs will be held from April 28 to April 30, 2026.
The CET Cell has also released dates for remaining undergraduate and postgraduate entrance tests, confirming that the entire examination cycle will be conducted between March and May 2026.
