LaunchPad Opens New Office in Viman Nagar, Marks Rajmudra’s Entry Into Pune Real Estate Sector
Viman Nagar, 27th November 2025: Rajmudra has formally stepped into the Pune real estate market with the launch of LaunchPad, its new vertical focused on redevelopment and sustainable housing solutions. The company inaugurated its new office in Viman Nagar on Wednesday in the presence of industry stakeholders and associates.
According to the company, LaunchPad aims to focus on transparent redevelopment processes, pocket-friendly maintenance structures, biophilic design practices, and renewable-energy integration in residential and commercial projects. The newly-opened office will operate as the central planning and coordination hub for upcoming developments.
Speaking at the launch, Founder and Managing Director Pankaj Ojha said the brand intends to prioritise trust and responsibility in real estate planning. “Real estate must serve people with honesty and long-term value,” he said.
