‘The Indic Code’: Dr Geetha Mohan’s Book Explores Indian Ethos in Modern Corporate Leadership
Pune, 6th January 2026: Management professional and author Dr Geetha Mohan on Friday released her third book, The Indic Code: Decoding Cultural Intelligence for Management Dynamics, highlighting the relevance of Indian ethos and cultural intelligence in modern corporate leadership.
The book was formally launched on January 3, 2026, at White Lotus Club 1, Gateway Towers, Amanora Park Town, by Dr Ganesh Natarajan, Chairman of 5F World, Honeywell Automation, and Advisory Board Member of Hinduja Holdings, among other companies.
Authored by Dr Mohan, The Indic Code explores how principles rooted in Indian scriptures and philosophies can be applied to contemporary management practices. Spread across nine chapters, the book examines themes such as spirituality, yoga, dharma and karma, artificial intelligence, and their interconnected role in ensuring holistic well-being within organisations. A central theme running through the book is the importance of culture in fostering effective teamwork, leadership, and organisational bonding.
A panel discussion was also held as part of the book launch, focusing on the growing need for cultural intelligence in today’s professional environment. The panel included Dr Uma, Director, Department of Education and Philosophy, Mumbai; G Grewal, Managing Director, Kubota Agricultural Machinery; Dr Jyoti Chandiramani, Director, Symbiosis School of Economics; and Anil Kaushik, former Managing Director, BPCL IS. The discussion centred on the concept of the Indic Code and its relevance for leaders navigating complex, multicultural workplaces.
