Pune, 24th February 2026: Fidel Softech Limited, a global AI-led enterprise digital transformation services company, has acquired a majority stake in IM Corporation, a Japan-based IT consulting and software services firm with over 30 years of industry experience. The acquisition strengthens Fidel’s local delivery presence in Japan and supports its global expansion with enhanced AI-led enterprise solutions for Japanese clients.

Founded over three decades ago, IM Corporation specializes in functional consulting, enterprise technology services, and digital transformation for Tier-1 Japanese system integrators and enterprises. In recent years, IM has developed AI-assisted service models using its proprietary neural knowledge framework to improve delivery productivity and knowledge reuse for clients.

With a team of more than 150 professionals, IM Corporation has earned a strong reputation for high-quality consulting and technology services in Japan. Post-acquisition, Fidel’s Japan operations now comprise over 200 professionals, making it one of the prominent India-origin SME technology service providers with a robust on-ground presence. Globally, Fidel’s workforce now exceeds 500 professionals supporting clients across multiple geographies.

The partnership is expected to enhance Fidel’s capabilities in AI-enabled services, enterprise solution implementation, bilingual consulting, managed services, and language localization solutions tailored for Japanese enterprises.
