Pune, 24th February 2026: Rudra Warriors and Yogesh Victors teams defeated their rival teams in the 16th ‘Lions Premier League’ 2026 Open Group Twenty-20 Cricket Tournament organized by Lions Club District 3234D2.

In this tournament, which is being held at L. Ra. Shinde High School Cricket Ground in Sahakarnagar, Rudra Warriors defeated Bhau Kokane Club by 3 wickets on the strength of Santosh Kumar Sangle’s penetrating bowling. Bhau Kokane Club, who were playing first, were bowled out for 116 runs in 19.2 overs. Prashant Telange scored 41 runs and Sagar Jadhav scored 33 runs. Santoshkumar Sangle dismissed half the team in just 10 runs, destroying the innings of Bhau Konkane Club. Sajan Modi also took two wickets. Rudra Warriors achieved this target in 19.3 overs for the loss of 7 wickets. Srinath Khaire (38 runs) and Atharva Tandale (22 not out) made the team win easily.

Yogesh Victors defeated Nair Eagles by 30 runs thanks to Amit Singh’s 71-run knock. Batting first, Yogesh Victors set a target of 170 runs in 20 overs. Amit Singh scored 71 runs in 36 balls, including 4 fours and 7 sixes. Yogesh Bhongale contributed 33 runs. Chasing this challenge, Nair Eagles’ innings was limited to 140 runs.
