‘Palash’ – A Musical Event by Pune International Centre

Pune, 25th February 2026: For the first time, Pune International Centre (PIC) is organising Palash, a unique musical event that blends music, dialogue, and reflection. The programme will be held from Friday, 27 February to Sunday, 1 March. It is open to all and will take place every evening at 6 PM at PIC’s premises in Panchavati, Pashan. This information was shared by Arti Kirloskar, Convenor of PIC’s Art & Culture wing.

Noted Carnatic vocalist and author T. M. Krishna will be present at the event. On Friday, the programme will feature the launch of his new book We, the People of India – Decoding a Nation’s Symbols. A dialogue session on social and cultural issues will also be held on the occasion.

On Saturday, there will be a special musical presentation in collaboration with Jogappa, the traditional music community of the transgender tradition.The event will conclude on Sunday with a solo concert by T. M. Krishna, offering a special treat for classical music enthusiasts.

PIC has appealed to all art and music lovers to attend and enjoy the event in large numbers.
