Pune, 26th March 2026: Udayan Mane, President of PROP Pune, has been appointed as the Head for the West Zone of NAR India. The appointment was announced during the organisation’s national convention held on March 23 and 24, 2026, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.
NAR India, the apex body representing realtor associations across the country for the past 18 years, elects its national president annually. The newly elected president, Chandresh Vithlani from Mumbai, announced his leadership team during the convention and appointed Mane as the West Zone Head.
In his new role, Mane will be responsible for strengthening networking, business exchange programmes, training initiatives and cross-selling opportunities among more than 10 realtor associations in the western region. These include associations from cities such as Mumbai, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nashik and Goa.
Speaking about the appointment, Mane said the new responsibility will create greater opportunities for members of PROP Pune to collaborate and expand business through structured networking with more than 1,500 real estate consultants across West India. He added that the platform would facilitate land deals, Transferable Development Rights (TDR) transactions and resale of residential and commercial properties for investors who have investments across these cities.
Mane also expressed gratitude to NAR India Chairman Emeritus Ravi Verma, Chairman Sumanth Reddy and President Chandresh Vithlani for entrusting him with the responsibility.
He said the appointment would further strengthen the presence of PROP Pune in the national real estate network and create new growth opportunities for its members.
