Pune Passport Office to Hold Open House on June 3 for Applicants Facing Issues
Pune, 19th May 2026: The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Pune, will organise an Open House for passport applicants on June 3, 2026, to address grievances and queries related to passport applications.
According to officials, the initiative aims to facilitate direct interaction between applicants and senior officers of the Regional Passport Office for faster resolution of pending issues and objections.
The Open House will be held on Wednesday, June 3, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Regional Passport Office, Passport Bhavan, Sr. No. 5/2/2, Baner-Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune.
Passport applicants visiting the Open House have been advised to carry their objection letters along with all relevant supporting documents to help officials process and resolve grievances effectively.
Officials have also requested applicants to report at the venue by 12:00 PM for registration before the commencement of the session.
The Regional Passport Office stated that the Open House is part of its efforts to improve public service delivery and provide applicants with an opportunity to directly communicate with senior officials regarding passport-related concerns.
