Pune, 29 May 2026: Ruby Hall Clinic successfully celebrated International Nurses’ Week 2026 with a series of educational sessions, cultural events, recognition ceremonies, and community outreach activities across its campuses, highlighting the invaluable contribution of nurses in strengthening patient care and healthcare delivery.

The week-long celebration was designed to acknowledge the dedication, compassion, and resilience of the nursing fraternity while also promoting continuous learning, teamwork, and community engagement. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from nursing teams across departments including critical care, oncology, operation theatre, cardiac care, and various specialty units.

As part of the celebrations, an educational session titled “Our Patient, Our Safe Lines” was conducted to reinforce awareness around patient safety, infection prevention, and best nursing practices. The initiative focused on empowering nurses with updated knowledge and strengthening patient-centric care approaches within the hospital ecosystem. An educational drive themed “Be the Difference, Save a Life” was also organized to encourage awareness, preparedness, and excellence in nursing practices.

Various inter-departmental competitions and workstation presentations were conducted during the week to encourage innovation, teamwork, and clinical excellence among nursing teams. Departments including the Critical Care Area, Oncology Block, OT Block, Onco Block, and Cardiac Block were recognized for their outstanding participation and performance.

The celebrations also featured vibrant cultural events where nurses showcased their talents beyond clinical responsibilities, reflecting the spirit, unity, and emotional strength of the nursing community. Special segments including “Nurses’ Speak – Voices of Empowered Nurses” provided a platform for nurses to share their experiences, journeys, and perspectives from the frontline of healthcare.

Extending the celebration beyond the hospital premises, the nursing teams also conducted CSR outreach activities at SGS Mall and MD India Company, engaging with the community through awareness initiatives and healthcare-focused interactions.

In addition, Nurses’ Day celebrations were conducted across multiple Ruby Hall Clinic units including Hinjewadi and Shirur, ensuring participation and recognition of nursing professionals across locations.
